Approach M6/Stoke on Trent by A50
Leave M6 at Junction 15 to A50 heading toward Derby and continue on A50 to Uttoxeter roundabout (Little Chef, Burger King, etc.).
Exit left on B5030 towards Rocester and proceed past Lake 1, then JCB Factory, then immediately Lake 2. By Lake 2, road widens to short section of dual carriageway, within which take the left turn signposted Denstone and Alton Towers. Keep ahead to T- Junction and turn right.
Approach from M1/Derby/Nottingham by A50
Leave M1 at Junction 24 to A50 heading toward Derby and continue on A50 to Uttoxeter roundabout (Little Chef, Burger King, etc.).

From the T - Junction
Leave A52 a mile or so west of Ashbourne to B5032, proceeding through Mayfield and Ellastone. Continue on B5032, keeping left to B5030 when road forks shortly beyond Ellastone.
Descending the following hill, watch for the JCB Factory, then immediately Lake 2. By Lake 2, road widens to short section of dual carriageway, within which take the left turn signposted Denstone and Alton Towers. Keep ahead to T- Junction and turn right.
From Ashbourne/A52
Having turned left at the T- Junction on the Denstone/Alton Towers road, continue over the little bridge.
Watch for large gates on the left-hand side of the road, and turn left shortly after - signposted Prestwood. By the turn there are two houses on the left, after which there are no further houses on the left until shortly before the final left turn (by wheelie bin) to Brook Cottage, a few yards on the left.
